This super-efficient DC-powered rooftop air conditioner is one of the smallest rooftop air conditioners ever built. With the twin-cylinder rotor compressor, the Velit 2000R Mini delivers 7500 BTU of cooling capacity and draws as low as 20A (at 12V). It is also available for a 48Volt system. The unit can be directly powered by most vehicle alternators without the need for a second battery. It also has a slim profile with only 6.5” of clearance and can easily fit in the standard 14x14 rooftop cutouts.
This is a complete kit. For van installs or other uneven surfaces, you need to purchase the sealant separately. Sealant is not required for flat surface installs such as RV roofs.
